   Hey Everyone!      Within society, diversity and inclusion is a vital component of how the citizens of society may be addressed. Ideas of racism and inequality are at the cost of the human race.  Ideas of racism and discrimination are at the cost of the human race. Building a society that is free of racism requires ongoing commitment and reprogrammed cognition as racism and discrimination in society. With the emergence of the Black Lives Movement in 2020, forms of Black trauma are visibly on social media in the masses. Prior to this social justice movement, these occurrences existed within society. Names like Emmett Till, Travon Martin, and Breonna Taylor are forever edged into our subconscious as social media has made it accessible for people to view the accounts of their deaths on online platforms.
